Let's see. I've been driving a lot lately so this is what has recently been played in my Jeep:
Grant Green - Live At The Lighthouse and Alive! (Funky Jazz Guitar) The Meters - Funkify Your Life (Rhino 2 Disc set) Robert Palmer - Sneakin' Salley and Some People Can Do What They Like Freddie King - King Of The Blues (2 CD compilation set) Ry Cooder - Chicken Skin Music and a couple of boots from '87 Whitesnake - Live In The Heart Of The City (anything before Deep Purple reformed is great) Jimmy Smith - Walk On The Wild Side (2 CD compilation) Funky Jazz Hammond organ Feats - Feats Don't Fail Me Now (I always have this handy because it is one of the all time greats) Deep Purple - Machine Head, Live in Japan, Fireball, Burn
Does Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix (on CD) count? That's all my son wants to hear when he's with me.
And that's just in the past few weeks.

Send me your address and I'll send along a few PJ O'Rourke books, a Limbaugh book, an O'Rielly book, a Bill Buckley book and a Bob Novack book. You'll thank me. As far as Ry, I have a DVD from 87 I think and about 3 shows from that same time frame. E mail me and I'll hook you up.

Well, I don't bat from that side of the plate (not that there's anything wrong with that) but what ever floats your boat...or raises your pole...or stiffens your limb. OK, I'll stop now. I am still blushing, though.

Elton John = "Tumbleweed Connection"
Good listen for reading your paper and drinking your coffee in the am. (I seem to listen to a lot of "old stuff", and still haven't heard it all)

Tumbleweed Connection- one of the best Elton John albums- in my opinion...next to madman across the water.
Burn down the Mission- excellent!

Dave's not only burning CDs, he's burnin' the midnight oil as well. I've been listening to Little Feat's newest release "Barnstorming vol. 1", as well as a few CDs that I burned a couple of years back.
