Hey Mike I bought my tickets this morning GA. Some of the reserve seats are gone but you want the GA at this venue. Don't know when they went on sale was only in the paper this morning. Got to get ahold of a copula tapers to make sure this gets taped.
This good set was not. It's not on the official setlist but I remember posting a review about this show. They did Lafayette Railroad>not just a tease, full version with Fred on trumpet as intro to the Chicken Song. It's a shame it wasnt taped.

Date: 4/27/2004 Location: Granada Theatre - Dallas, TX We were there. Great show of course. My wife's knee was banged up and standing only was going be a problem til Denny put us up in the balcony. What a guy!!! It's great to have The Granada after the closing of The Caravan of Dreams. They're in Austin at The Glen on Thursday. Hmmm...I just might have to have some work appointments down there Thursday and back here Friday.

A little info on The Granada Theatre. 3523 Greenville Ave. (Lower Greenville for you locals) 214-824-9933 www.granadatheater.comTake I-75 (N. Central Expressway) to exit Monticello and go east about 4 blocks to Greenville and turn left. The Theater is a few blocks down on your right - or- exit I-75 at Mockingbird and go east a few blocks to Greenville and turn right..and there you are... There are food and drinks at the Theater -or- a restaurant & bar next door called "Snuffer's". Both are reasonably priced. If anyone is interested in getting a small Feat gathering together post something and we'll go for it. If I were coming from out of town and needed a hotel/motel I would stay on I-75 around north of Mockingbird. Reserved seating is sold out, and about 200 general admission left. $25...hurry! Man, if the rest of the world new what we know about Little Feat...we wouldn't be able to get in! ;D

Wow - now that's getting close to my old neighborhood. I lived at the corner of Gaston and Skillman back in 1980.

Mike, You've no idea how tempted I am ;D Yes, I drove all the way to Galveston back in February - still wish it would have worked out to meet you in Dallas for a brew or two. I really do miss that city. I always think Lyle is singing directly to me when I hear the words... And I traveled about 200 to 250 miles or so back in August to see the Feat in Davenport, Iowa. That was a great show, and a great night all-around. So you're right, I'm not afraid to drive every now and again. Won't be able to this time though. I hope I get back to Dallas sometime soon. Will let you know if that happens. And you're always welcome in Rochester too if you're ever up this way.

The Glenn at the Backyard is a smallish (1400?1800?)new OUTDOOR venue that just opened this fall, on Hwy 71 in Bee Cave very near Austin. it is a sloping hillside with a few boulders to perch upon, some food and some beverages. The Glenn is behind the Backyard, on state highway 71, near the intersection of Bee Cave Road (FM 2244) and of 620 at 71. There is a noise curfew, so come on out and dress for the weather, whatever that might be! Be aware that some shows are moved to downtown Austin, in inclement weather, so it might wind up at the Music Hall or La Zona Rosa. Best Advice is check the Glenn's web site if you see something in the sky.... Go to www.thebackyard.net for info, ticket link to www.gettix.net or 1-866-443-8849.The Glenn is located at 13101 Highway 71 West, behind the Backyard; the mailing address is in Austin, but allow for travel time west from downtown to BEE CAVE!
