Can anyone confirm this date for me? I just got a concert update email that covers Nissan Pavillion in northern VA (Manassas to be exact.) They're advertising the "Nissan Xterra License to Rock" (I don't write 'em, I just read 'em...), which is a block of 6 concerts over the summer. The last is on Sept 30, and it shows Little Feat opening for the Allman Bros. I hope this is the case...I haven't seen it on the Tour page or on pollstar yet.
Also, what's up with the May 5 date? First it was gonna be in Richmond, and then at the Birchmere in Alexandria, and now it's in MD! They keep moving further away!!! lol....

It's also listed in Nissan Pavilion's ad in the Wash. Post Weekend section! All indication are that it is correct but I won't believe it until I see it on the tour page!

Hi Roxanne! Thanks for the confirmation. Yes, all is well, Bridget and I are doing great! Oh, and guess what.... I FINALLY scored Buffett tix! Got 'em the day they went on sale for Nissan. They're just lawn seats, but we're happy. Take care!

This concert is on the Nissan Summer special series of 8, mostly "classic rock" concerts. I will be going and sitting in a Corporate Box with a buddy from work. We'll probably be having white wine & caviar while the rest of y'all have beer & nachos (NOT!). Hope Feat get more than 1 hour as the opener, and we do expect some jammin' between the bands.
Should be a fun September evening in Gainesville, VA (traffic hell of northern virginia during Nissan Pavillion shows)
cheers, bfb
