Good poll! I'd go see Bela and the Flecktones over most bands out there. Got to see them, Little Feat, Susan Tedeschi, and others at a blues Fest in Tulsa, OK last May - it was awesome. LF was actually playing before Johnny Lang, the headliner on Sat., and a lot of people left after he started because he couldn't hold a candle to the searing LF performance! Kind of sad for him, but oh well, they're pretty impossible to follow! Sarah PS. I'm a jayhawk as well!!

8-)Well Hot T, a LF Fan and a Jayhawk! Awesome! My actual poll was going to include several other bands that I could/should see this summer, but I hit the enter button a little quick and what you see is what you got. Additional perfromances I intended to put in the poll were John Hiatt, and Simon and Garfunkel (what good would a good poll be without a little variety?) In actuality I just attended the Eagles concert this last weekend (Joe Walsh rocks, and they did a version of Walk Away that I would pay dearly for), and have my Clapton, Bela Fleck, and ;DYES YES ;D [glow=red,2,300]LITTLE FEAT[/glow] tickets in safekeeping for upcoming shows this summer in the Omaha area. Should be an OK summer.

I heard that the Eagles concert was terrific, but that the performances lacked passion (flawless musicianship, but no heart/soul). still would love to see them. Would also love to be at the big Clapton shindig in Dallas this month. Lots of the best guitar players anywhere will be there (alas, no Paul or Fred). Bela & Flecktones always a treat to see. Ditto for JHiatt. I get a double bill - Feat/Allman Bros. in September Also going to see Bonnie Raitt/Richard Thompson this Friday night.
Go ahead and re-post your poll. You can always delete the original one. I made the same mistake on a poll I did about travelling to see Feat. It's easy!
