As many Feat fans know, Nicolette Larson was a great award-winning cross-over artist who was an amazing talent, and members of “The Feat” contributed to her first solo album. Nicolette died of complications from a cerebral edema, in December of 1997, at the age of 45. A benefit tribute concert was held in Santa Monica, CA in February, 1998 in her honor, called “A Tribute To Nicolette Larson – Lotta Love Concert”. The live album has been out for quite a while, but only now is it finding more popularity among record collectors, and can be found in most major CD music outlets, both in retail stores, as well as online. The concert included such greats as Jackson Browne, Jimmy Buffett, Crosby Stills, and Nash, Dan Fogelburg, Emmylou Harris, Carole King, Little Feat, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Michael Ruff, The Section, and Joe Walsh.
