From co-POC Paco Prior. You've seen this already if you are on the digest.

Mexicali Blues Café
1409 Queen Anne Road
Teaneck, NJ
201-633-0011
Mexicali Blues Café presents
Little Feat
8:30 pm
Doors open at 6:oo pm
Tickets are $40.00, and are available online at a link on the venue's
website, which is www.mexicalibluescafe.com
You can also purchase tickets at the venue, though you might want to give them a call if you're planning on buying the day of the show, as this is an intimate little place, with a capacity of about 300. I expect a sold out show, as about half the tickets are already sold--You
do the math!
The venue does have food, see the website for a peek at the menu. Seating is limited, and booked up already, though they will be glad to accommodate you if you want to chow down at the bar, which is also small.
The Meet and Greet Info:
Vinny O's Restaurant and Bar
1415 Palisade Ave
Teaneck, NJ
201-833-1319
Approx. Meet Time: 5:30-6:00pm til show time.
Vinny's is a block away from the venue, with a fairly extensive pub-style menu, all the usual appetizers/sandwiches/burgers etc. Very
reasonable, has a couple pool tables, darts, big screen tv,a well-stocked cd juke (which should have Feat on it by the 22nd),lots of good beers on tap. This will be a friendly, cozy little spot to hang for a bit before the show starts, which again, is 8:30pm. We met with
Vinny today, who is a Feat Fan, and was more than glad to put up a 2006 tour poster for all to see.
As far as parking goes, there is both street and municipal parking close by. You can walk to the venue or the bar within a couple minutes from where you park.
FYI: This is located in a predominantly orthodox Jewish neighborhood. A lot of the stores and restaurants are closed by 6:00pm. And the "Marc Joseph Warning" applies here as well--Frequent pass-bys by our friends
in the blue uniforms, so be discrete with open containers, or anything else you might be thinking about doing before, during, or after the show.
We will need a head count within the next week or so. If you're planning on coming, contact me or Saul off-list, by email or phone, most of you have the info already.
So there you have it. If you need info on hotel accommodations there is the Loews Glen Point Marriot off Queen Anne Road about 3 miles from the venue on the other side of Route 4--Still the same road as the venue, just a quick auto trip away.
I think that covers it, hope to see some Cheesesteak Mafia members, if they aren't too fried from the Keswick show on the 17th!
Any questions, give me or Saul a holler.
Later
Paco
