A hard enough nut to crack when business is good ... it was a death blow and Lounge Lizards is no more. The good news (aside from 2 real salaries with days off), is Leila & Christopher will Both get to go to Da Fest! In 50-some (I forget what year they went to 7 days from 8) days of Jazz fest ... I've gone with both of them twice. They will be back, but they will never try to do it while paying rent. Honda is fine ... but the motor home is all the room and board I can afford for 2 weeks this year. besides ... I think it will be fun driving and camping with Rick, Raymond and Dennis Keep Da Funk Alive T

Todd writes "but the motor home is all the room and board I can afford for 2 weeks this year. besides ... I think it will be fun driving and camping with Rick, Raymond and Dennis"
There you are, Todd. I was thinking you'd be showing up for JazzFest. And I was wondering about Mr. Rick as well. And Dennis - a plus!!
Terry & I are there both weekends- probably home in-between. Quite a few feat Fans are telling me they will be in attendance. So I'm keeping a list, will check it twice & send out some plans- wont that be nice?
So if you plan to come, send me a message. We will firm up plans as it gets closer & details are known.
Will be bringing the pole- so look for a fishing pole with Shamrock wind-sock & that's where we're at.
Clara
PS Happy Mardi Gras y'all. Look like it might rain on the parade on the island tomorrow!

good morning campers! Is it safe to assume that there has been a policy shift from the Ol' chesnut ... "It's not official until you read it on the website"? I've heard more on the digest and the board than I find on the Tour page of the website ... just wondering what's up. Thanks, T

But I do know that the band is listed on the Jazz Fest's general schedule (as opposed to the cubes). The link for anyone who is interested: tinyurl.com/fkf3b

Thanks, T well Sir, I suspect 'tis thus 'cause has always been thus: the fans are far more dilligent and pay more attention to the band and what's going on than the Powers That Be, be they Management or Support ... but then again me bucko, you know that as well as I do, and have known it for as long as I have ...

Hoy all ! Just a note to thank everyone for making the show at Orlando Harley Davidson such a success ! Turnout was great ! The weather was sunny, in the 80s, with clear skies perfect for a feat concert! Merchadise sales were really good, sold quite a few raffle tickets (GREAT idea!) and our favorite band sounded better than ever ! A solid home run all the way around ! Sure would be great to see this bike week Feat concert become a yearly event ! We can only hope ! Special thanks to the Brady's up from Cocoa Beach, Kathy and Pat Recore, Rick Moore, Larry Burr and Joe for everything they did to help at the merch table ! Ya'll are the best ! Saw Ray and Laura Inman and Steve Moore, met Scot Tway and Stook (Thanks for making the trip!). Most of all, to Denny and the worlds greatest band for all they do for all of us, our unending gratitude! You always make us feel a part of the family. Here's looking forward to Feat comin back to Fla in April and more good times !! ...Let It Roll !!! Shaun (POC)
