Little Feat start out on the 8th leg of the 2005 Smooth Sailin' Tour this Friday in Wyckoff NJ. Joining Little Feat on the bus and at most shows is Stephen Bruton. On this leg, most of the trips are short and there are several multi day / single hotel stops.. Stephen will start out the show solo and Billy will join him for a few tunes..
We also welcome the return of Rock to the road.. he also is looking forward to thanking many of you personally for you generosity
Some special merchandise will be available with proceeds going to Habitat For Humanity. There will be some hard backed tour posters and copies of the Neon Park Book.. (80 were sold in 2 shows last time out!!). The band will be doing a signing after the Wyckoff show, perhaps Peekskill.. and no doubt others.. I believe Pittsfield will not have a signing due to the itinerary and travel time.. but you never know!! i also hear that the band will "match funds" on some items.. check with your POC ...
Expect a new date to be added for Athens GA on the 15th of November.. That will probably be the last new one announced for this year..
