On behalf of my Family, I just want to take this opportunity to thank Little Feat for their support and allowing me time off to be with my family during this crisis called Hurricane Katrina.
A very Special Thanks to Fred and Patricia Tackertt for giving my family a place to live.
And as for the Love and Support that has followed this tragedy from the Little Feat Fans(family), well all I can say is that I truly feel blessed. The out pouring of financial and emotional support that has been given to my family is, to say the least, overwhelming.
I would like to list each person individually who has helped us, but my typing really sucks and I would be here all day trying to list everyone! You know who you are.
And now for a little update: We are back home. All utilities are back on. Starting the clean up process,seems a little overwhelming, taking it one day at a time or should I say one tree at a time.
Our community of Slidell is making great strides in the clean up and rebuilding process. The Girl's schools should be up and running by early October.
Looking forward to getting back on the road so I can Thank each and every one of you in person.
