OK, since everyone else is driving or sleeping, Got home about 3:00 am. I guess it's up to me to post about the show last night. Had a great time...met MG, Rollin' Mark, Clara and friends at the Ginger Man for some cider, micro brews and some eats, then a little tequila tasting in the lot before we went in. Nice move to a 'warm' venue instead of the Glenn where this was originally scheduled. Lots of seats and also dancing room. Sound and mix were excellent. One taper in attendance. I don't know what was up with the Mobile show, but this one sounded perfect. Props to Howard.

Jeff's set list is right on. I will add only that Down on the Farm led into Candy Man before Clear Moment and its' jam, and the jam after Just Another Sunday ended with one of those excellent Bill Payne crescendos. Fatman also had an extra large serving of Gringo (Sang's fave, too bad she wasn't here) into the Get Up Stand Up tease. The Chicken song had Dark Star , a full blown but not gopher roasted Tennessee Jed, Telephone (no words) jam as well as combo platters #1 of RH /KG/SC and combo platter #2 of BP/RH/SC as the others were off stage. The encore was Let it Roll> segue to the classic "Everybody need somebody to love...someone to kiss..sweetheart to miss...and i need you ,you, you"... after that I was hoping for Mustang Sally! Stomp was axed in favor of FatMan ("big boy").
You know it was great fun and I am happy today. Paul and all were cookin' , and this was after a L-O-N-G all night haul from Mobile the night before. Many thanks to the crew for their fine work. Everything was in perfect order as far as I could tell and the crowd loved it. There are lots of Featfans here;they just get lost in the crowds sometimes. Merch did well at the back of the cavernous hall, and the sound, thanks to Howard, was still impeccable there.
