Please contact me (through www.poccentral.com or at tenntwister1@yahoo.com) if you will be attending this show/fest. Feat's time slot hasn't been announced, so I am assuming until I hear otherwise it will be to close Saturday night at one of the main stages. Info on the fetsival - www.thebealestreetmusicfestival.com/I hope we can reach some Memphis Feat fans and get things stirred up over there prior to Feat playing. It's been several years since they hit Memphis. Should be a fun time. Mac Davis Nashville

www.memphisinmay.org/pdf/2005BSMFwithtimes.pdfLittle Feat will play at the Autozone Stage 6:35-7:50. Looks like one of those tight schedules, get in, get funky, get out. So who's coming? I think the Fangmans and the Myroups will be there, as will Vicky and I. What about some of you Memphians? Anybody there ever hear of Little Feat? "I've seen the bright lights of Memphis..." see ya! This sounds a bit wacky - sort of a rip off of the New Orleans scene in the Quarter: www.thebealestreetmusicfestival.com/secrets.htmMaybe that was why my brother was worried about his sons going to this festival... That info is good to know, though, esp. the part about the Orpheum Theatre parking. Sounds like some of us will be arriving at the festival around 1pm Saturday, with others straggling in. Let's do lunch and a beer. Until further notice, you can assume that the Autozone Merchandise Booth will be the place to gather. It's hard to say until we get more details from Denny. see ya Mac

Not hearing much buzz about this show from anyone other than the usual suspects from the HHD - we've got a nice sized group converging from all areas out of town for this show in Memphis. I just learned that my band's singer Cheri is likely to make the journey.
I suggest you buy your tickets by 4/23 for two reasons: many out of towners coming to the festival have already bought theirs, and their numbers are VERY large; the price apparently goes up after 4/23 based on an article in the 4/17 Commercial Appeal.
let's go "see the bright lights of Memphis..."
