Howdy Y'all My name is Ted Lehman and I have been a songwriter for many, actually too many years. Little Feat has been a major inspiration in my songwriting, guitar playing and singing since I first saw them live in Buffalo NY in the late 70's when they were opening up for Toots and the Maytalls. They blew Toots away and I have been a fan ever since. I now live in Atlanta and continue to write and record new music. If you'd like to check it out just visit my website www.tedlehman.com

You have a great sound and the tunes are excellent. I can really hear the Feat influence in Momma Told Me. Do you record in a studio, or at home on your computer or what? Do you play out? The mix and master are top notch. Great stuff, keep it comin.

Hi Crash, thanks for listening. Funny thing about that track is it was released to MP3.com in 99' and was featured immediately and the musicologists over there said "If you like Little Feat, you'll like these guys". It was the best unsolicited compliment I ever got for my music. To answer your question, that recording is an all digital recording. It was recorded in my 16 track studio on a Roland VS 1680 digital work station at home. It was written by Randy Bishop and my self and we play all the tracks, did all the engineering and mastering. My catalog of music that you can find through my website has recordings from the 70's through now. Even some live stuff, 2 track, 4 track and 8 track analog and the most recent recordings are digital 16 track stuff. I actually had one of my songs on a feat compilation CD a while back but I never got a copy of the CD from the folks who produced it. It was "Won't be your Fool" and I believe you can stream it from my SongPlanet page. It is really great of you to listen and give me feedback on my music. Many thanks.
