Well, if you can tell which part is the sax and which is the slide, there are certainly some high registers on "Mercenary Territory" from "Waiting for Columbus".
I can think of hearing some really high stuff on Lowell era live bootlegs. Some "Tripe Face Boogie" renditions reach up there, and there are other songs with Lowell/Paul lead interplay that might also be candidates.
Based on recollection only, my vote goes to Duane Allman's "bird chirps" at the very end of the song, "Layla".

Man, do I just love to hear you play brother. Great recording and certainly a very high note. I would have no idea on knowing the highest of anything due to the conflicts the voices in my head getting in the way. hehe
