Just a heads-up for the B.B. King Blues Club & Grill (Times Square) show on Saturday, Nov. 20th. Advanced tix: $25.50/Door: $30. There is a "standing room" only area in the back of the venue at the bar. Seating is first come first serve and you have to make sure everyone in your party is there (well, most of the time). 2 shows: 8 (doors at 6) & 10:30 (doors at 10) p.m. There won't be a pre-show meet since most folks will arrive at 6 to have dinner at the club. Venue website: www.bbkingblues.com/Oh yeah. Rollcall: who's coming to the show?

I do believe the Lobstah mafia will be along for the ride (Birchmere/Keswick/NYC), and there will be photographic evidence ...

Hello all, My first post on Little Feat!! Ok, enough dribble, I wanted to say to anyone going to BB King's place, you will NOT be disappointed, very cool venue, good sound and it will probably be standing room only. I caught Fred and Paul at the Point in Bryn Mawr Pa back in Feb. and I knew that was going to be HOT, they melted the place, special thanks to Michele, the Crazy Cajun. Have fun folks...

I'm looking into a group rate at some hotels in NYC. If you need lodgings, please let me know either here or leave a private message.
Thanks!

This was also posted to the digest. ******************************************** I'm still looking for good rates on non-ultra cheap places. Info to follow very soon. For those of you who don't mind sharing rooms and/or bathrooms with strangers you have the YMCA and youth hostels. These are a few places in Manhattan. Need more info or other places? Let me know! The International Youth Hostel (15 mins subway ride) charges $29 for members, I think. Non-members pay $3 more. There are a few private rooms too. For more info, see: www.hinewyork.org/. YMCA-Vanderbilt (about mile from the venue) charges $80 for 2 people. Bunk beds with shared bathroom. YMCA-West Side(1.3 miles from BBs) also charges $80 for 2. $69 for single room. Both shared bathroom. Web site for both YMCAs: www.ymcanyc.org/sub.php?p=services&sp=guest/guestabout or tinyurl.com/4dezy

This is a heavily edited version of my post to the digest. ********************************************* Woo hoo...! 3 days till Feat at Farmingdale!!
I just want to remind you that B.B. Kings require people to have tickets if they want to have a seat. This place is....very strict about it. Typical for a Times Square venue to squeeze out as much $$ as they can.
First show is at 8 p.m. Second show is at 10:30 p.m. So far there are 23 of us that will definitely be there. 2 that are maybes. 2 of the 23 from the midwest. 2 from FL. 1 from Cali.
An old friend of the B.B. King regulars will be making an appearance. A mini-reunion of sorts will be going on.
See everyone soon!

There's going to be a reunion within a reunion at the show. Laurie, formerly of Jersey, and Matt (of NYC but hasn't been to the show for a few years) will be coming too. These 2 are regulars of the B.B. King shows.
BFB, took you off the "not sure" list as soon as the tix were purchased!
2 days till the Feat in Philly! woo hoo...!! The wait between the show on the 10th and Friday is waaay too long!
