Greetings all, I know some of the folks here, and know of others... In any event, after several attempts, I managed to get signed up for BBS access. Here's a message that will show up in your e-mail or digest, copied here for comment.

Coming out of read-only mode to ask who's doing what re: Hartwood Acres on 8/21/04 and Celebrate Erie on 8/22 Hartwood Acres is a county park, about 15 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, Pa. The venue is a natural bowl with capacity of at least 20k, with parking just behind the seating area. Admission and parking are usually free, but the Saturday show is a benefit for a local youth service agency, so you'll have to pony up something like $10 per car to get in... This is a bring anything you think you migh need venue. There is no fixed seating, food service is spotty, and port-a-pots aren't as numerous as they could be. Outside food and drink are fine, with no cooking in the seating area. There are signs that claim adult beverages are prohibited, but in 15 years of concert going, I've NEVER seen that one enforced. The Bradley fest will have 3 other acts on before the Feat appear, so a sound check is probably off, but I'm just supposing here. As the music starts at 3pm, anyone planning on attending should communicate and stake out some seating.
If anyone knows anythig 'bout the Celebrate Erie show, could you pass it along? Their web site is rather incomplete, and they don't seem to know how to answer e-mail.
Best, Dave "photo boy" Prelosky

OK, after a week at home, flat on my back with a dose of sciatica, I've had time to scan the Erie wires. According the the recently updated Celebrate Erie website, LF play Sunday, 8/22 at the 4th and State stage from 8-9:30PM. If all goes well, I'll see y'all Saturday at Hartwood and Sunday in Erie. Yours in Medication....
