This is my first post to the board, glad to be hear and be part of the greatest site for the greatest band. If you could pick a line up for a concert using active bands today what would the lineup be?
Here would be mine in order from opening to closing (of course there would be no time limits on any bands or the length of the show):
Sonny Landreth Dr. John Neville Brothers The Radiators Little Feat

Sounds like a sweet show but how about tossing Bonnie Raitt into the mix?

Bonnie played with Little Feat in 1998 at the concert for Nicolette in Santa Monica. Actually, a couple of Feat were missing: Shaun and I think Bill as well.
What a great show that was- Buffet, CSN, Fogelberg, J Browne, EmmyLou, Carole King, Ronstadt and more.

For what it's worth... here's my dream concert lineup. Let's kick it off with G.B. Leighton (a very talented band from Minnesota). Next up would be Monte Montgomery (a tremendous singer, songwriter, guitarist from Texas) then it'd be time for some blues with Roomful of Blues and then the headliner, Little Feat. There ya go. - chadgumbo

So there is 2 outa 4 for ya. Shame you weren't there, but I'm pretty sure there is a tape of it.

I'm likin' that line-up of G.B Leighton (his Live at Pickle Park album is a good little rockin' CD). Also have a few Montgomery CDs and those I wouldn't part with for love or money. But I'd like the show to have more of a rock feel to it, so where I see Roomful of Blues maybe I'd throw Jimmy Thackery or Kenny Wayne Shepherd into the mix. And of course, round it out with Feat as the headliner. Either way, I'd love to be there. Monoped
