Just a quick note. No sooner had my friend and I stepped off the plane in Moline for Sat's show in Davenport, when we received a call that my Little Feat "partner in crime" (local Feat fans might recognize him as the short bald guy with me when I give Shaun flowers at the shows) dad had had a heart attack and died back in STL. Was hell finding a way back and we missed the show, but I just wanted to ask you guys keep him in your thoughts. This would have been our 6th show in as many weeks and while he feels bad he wasnt home when his dad passed, he was in IA to see something he loved and never tired of. Let it roll guys and we will see you all out there soon!-Todd

Hi. Can anyone tell me if the Rams Head Annapolis shows are acoustic this time. I was thinking they werent but then when I got my tickets I saw the pic that said an acoustic evening with Little Feat, but I`m guessing this is just `cos they are using the pic from the album that was recorded there. Cheers, Emma.

I am hijacking this thread! HOYS all y'all! The Glenn at the Backyard is a smallish (1400?1800?)new OUTDOOR venue that just opened this fall, on Hwy 71 in Bee Cave very near Austin. I went to the premier, a Rodney Crowell show, and it is a sloping hillside with a few boulders to perch upon, some food and some beverages. The Glenn is behind the Backyard, if you've ever been there, and about half the size of the Backyard. It is on state highway 71, near the intersection of Bee Cave Road (FM 2244) from Zilker Park in Austin west 16 miles to a dead end at 71. It's also near the intersection of 620 at 71, so head south from 183 in north Austin..just be sure to cross the dam! Go to www.thebackyard.net for info. Doors are at 6, show at 7pm. Tickets are 23, 30, and $25. The venue chart says it is general admission, and I'll post about the difference when I find a human on the phone with the venue, cause my seat says first row and there were NO CHAIRS at Rodney Crowell's show! There is a noise curfew, so come on out and dress for the weather %^) whatever that might be! Be aware that some shows are moved to downtown Austin, in inclement weather, so it might wind up at the Music Hall or La Zona Rosa. (Rodney Crowell's show was postponed to a Monday for rain). Best Advice is check the Glenn's web site if you see something in the sky.... contact me by PM if any questions and/or a meet and greet! mg

Anyone know if the Feat are going to make it to Arizona next tour? Seems like all the shows are back east and we've been FEAT dry in the desert for going on 2 years...Wha Happened? We used to see em at least once, if not twice a year.....beginning to think the Clearchannel rumor is true
